At Moore Hall Legal Search Consultants, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.  While working for an Am Law 200 firm, our Founder and his team partnered with minority and diversity bars in over 30 cities. He helped achieve Mansfield Certification Plus status by recruiting a significant number of women and underrepresented racial and ethnic attorneys.  In addition, he helped the firm achieve a perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign Survey, the largest LGBTQ+ advocacy group in the nation. Moore Hall Legal believes having a diverse and inclusive workforce helps corporations and law firms do a better job of providing work product and service to both the internal and external marketplace.

RAFFAELE MURDOCCA

Raffaele has over 20 years of experience working with attorneys to achieve their career objectives. He has placed or assisted with the placement of 800-plus attorneys at law firms and legal departments. He has established new offices for an Am Law 200 firm through individual partners, groups, and firm acquisitions. He has made partner and associate placements with Am Law 100 and 200 firms and placed a General Counsel at the 5th largest cable television provider in the U.S., along with other high level corporate positions.  Many attorneys that he has worked with and placed over his career are still at their firms and corporations. His placements have advanced from associate to equity partner while others have moved to in-house opportunities. As a result, Raffaele has built a strong network of attorneys across the country that he leverages for his candidates and clients.  

While working for an Am Law 200 firm as the National Director of Recruiting & Development, Raffaele made significant contributions to a number of the Firm’s strategic objectives. He took part in the following efforts: The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee; The Mansfield Certification Committee; The Associate Development & Retention Committee; The Onboarding & Integration Committee; Associate Business Development Program; Firm’s Vision Statement Task Force; and the Alumni Committee. In addition, Raffaele and his team helped build the firm from approximately 200 attorneys to over 500 and helped open 15 offices. Raffaele is an attorney and has experience working as a tax associate, an attorney search consultant, and leading the recruiting and development team for an Am Law 200 firm. Raffaele received his JD from Emory University School of Law and BA, in business and psychology, from Skidmore College.  He is a member of the New York and Georgia bars, both inactive.  

Raffaele has two daughters, Mya and Maddie, and a rescue dog named Jimmy.  He enjoys spending time with them and attending UGA football, Braves, and Falcons games and seeing live music around town.

ANDREW GADD

Attorney Recruiter

Andrew Gadd has over six years of experience in legal recruiting with a focus on attorney placements.

Andrew began his career in legal recruiting at Robert Half Legal, a division of Robert Half International, one of the world's largest staffing agencies. In August 2019, Andrew joined Fisher Phillips, LLP., a national AmLaw 150 Labor and Employment law firm. While there, he worked with the recruiting and development team and helped hire over 100 attorneys. In November 2021, Andrew accepted a Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development position with Chamberlain Hrdlicka, a midsize general practice firm.  In that role, he was directly responsible for recruiting and placing over 50 attorneys in several practice areas and locations. He also led diversity and inclusion initiatives and helped the firm achieve 2023 Mansfield 4.0 certification. In May, Andrew rejoined Raffaele at Moore Hall Legal Search Consultants.

Andrew has a passion for building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring that their unique needs are met, and their goals are aligned. His expertise lies in leveraging technology and professional social media to source and connect with legal professionals throughout the United States. He has a keen eye for identifying candidates who can contribute to an organization's growth and success, while also being committed to finding the right fit for both parties. Andrew is also actively involved in various legal industry associations and networking groups. This helps him stay updated on relevant trends, regulations, and best practices, further strengthening his expertise in the field of legal recruiting.

Andrew grew up in metro Atlanta and attended the University of Kentucky where he received a Bachelor of Science in History and Political Science.  On the weekends, he enjoys attending his local church and farmer’s markets with his wife, Kirstin and son, Henry. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys giving back to his community by engaging in volunteer work and participating in various charity events.
