He helped achieve Mansfield Certification Plus status by recruiting a significant amount of women and underrepresented racial and ethnic attorneys.  In addition, he helped the firm achieve a perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign Survey, the largest LGBTQ+ advocacy group in the nation. Founder and CEO

Raffaele has over 20 years of experience working with attorneys to achieve their career objectives. He has placed or assisted with the placement of 800-plus attorneys at law firms and legal departments. He has established new offices for an Am Law 200 firm through individual partners, groups, and firm acquisitions. He has made partner and associate placements with Am Law 100 and 200 firms and placed a General Counsel at the 5th largest cable television provider in the U.S., along with other high level corporate positions.  Many attorneys that he has worked with and placed over his career are still at their firms and corporations. His placements have advanced from associate to equity partner while others have moved to in-house opportunities. As a result, Raffaele has built a strong network of attorneys across the country that he leverages for his candidates and clients.  

While working for an Am Law 200 firm as the National Director of Recruiting & Development, Raffaele made significant contributions to a number of the Firm’s strategic objectives. He took part in the following efforts: The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee; The Mansfield Certification Committee; The Associate Development & Retention Committee; The Onboarding & Integration Committee; Associate Business Development Program; Firm’s Vision Statement Task Force; and the Alumni Committee. Raffaele is an attorney and has experience working as a corporate tax associate, an attorney search consultant, and leading the recruiting and development team for an Am Law 200 firm. Raffaele received his JD from Emory University School of Law and BA, in business and psychology, from Skidmore College.  He is a member of the New York and Georgia bars, both inactive.
